On Tour Tickets Refund Policy
Thank you for using On Tour Tickets. We strive to provide a seamless ticketing experience for all our users. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchasePlease remember that our refund policy is designed to be fair to both event organizers and attendees buyers. 1. Refund Eligibility
- 1.1You purchased ticket protection in addition to your ticket
- 1.2The Event organizer is permitting refunds up until a certain date before the event.
- 1.3Eligible refund requests must be submitted by 30 days after the event date.
- 1.4If the event organizer permits refunds and you request to be refunded, your add-ons or upsells (Meet & Greet, Parking, Food Voucher, etc.) will be refunded to your original payment method.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- 2.1Service fees, Order Processing fees, or any additional charges are non-refundable.
- 2.2Tickets purchased within so many days of the event date, if any, depending on the organizer, are non-refundable.
3. Event Cancellations or Postponements
- 3.1
All ticketed events are rain or shine. Sometimes weather or other outside conditions make the performance unsafe or unable to start and complete. In such instances, the event, venue, or event promoters are placed in a position to make the final determination of cancellation and refund availability.
3.1.1If your event is canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved to another venue, On Tour Tickets will attempt to contact you with details on the status of the event and inform you of any refund, credit, or exchange procedures.
- 3.2In the case of event postponement, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may be eligible for a refund.
4. Refund Request Process

- 4.2Provide your order number, event details, and reason for the refund request.
- 4.3Refund requests will be processed within 30 business days.
5. Refund Approval
- 5.1Refunds are subject to approval by On Tour Tickets.
- 5.2Refunds may be denied if the request falls outside the eligible refund window or for other specific reasons that do not fall within our approval guidelines.
6. Refund Method
- 6.1Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
- 6.2Refunds may take 7 to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
7. Partial Refunds
- 7.1Partial refunds may be issued in cases where only a portion of the order is eligible for a refund.
8. No-Show Policy
- 8.1Refunds will not be issued for attendees who do not attend the event (no-show).
9. Policy Changes
- 9.1On Tour Tickets reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time.
- 9.2Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
10. Artist Change or Cancellation
- 10.1All sales are final.
- 10.2On Tour Tickets are not responsible for artist changes, cancellations, set times, or anything relative to the performer lineup of your event.
