On Tour Tickets Ticket Protection

Covid-19 has raised numerous queries among our patrons regarding the possibility of obtaining a reimbursement for their reservations due to Covid-19-related circumstances. We do facilitate refunds for various Covid-19-related reasons, and to provide clarity on eligible refund scenarios, we outline them below:

1. Infection

  1. 1.1
If you contract Covid-19 within the 7 days preceding your scheduled attendance, necessitating isolation or shielding, substantiated by a positive PCR test result or official confirmation from your government mandating isolation. PCR tests must be conducted at accredited laboratories and bear a verifiable QR or barcode.

2. Isolation

  1. 2.1
If a member of your Immediate Household tests positive for Covid-19, compelling you to isolate or shield as per your national government’s directives, supported by evidence of a positive PCR test or official communication regarding isolation.

3. Pre-existing Medical Condition

  1. 3.1
In the event of a significant change in your pre-existing medical condition within the 7 days prior to your booking, accompanied by a doctor’s recommendation to refrain from attendance due to the risk of Covid-19 exposure, a refund may be granted.

4. Shielding

  1. 4.1
If someone in your household tests positive for Covid-19 within 7 days of your booking’s commencement, or if there’s a change in a pre-existing medical condition necessitating shielding, a refund may be facilitated upon presentation of relevant evidence.

5. Hospitalization or Death

  1. 5.1
If a family member is hospitalized or succumbs to Covid-19 within 30 days before your booking, substantiated by appropriate documentation, a refund may be processed.

6. Flight Delay

  1. 6.1
In the event that your flight is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, technical issues, or air traffic control problems.

7. Flight Postponement

  1. 7.1
If your flight is postponed, leading to your inability to attend the scheduled event or tour, our insurance policy will provide reimbursement for the cost of the ticket(s) purchased, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
